Another bad experience. I went in to purchase an adapter to connect a Sirius receiver. The adapter was defective or something, either way it did not work as designed. I returned the adapter and was pretty much talked down to like I didn't know what I was doing…

Dont waste your time. I had a very bad experience with this store. They sold me a used system and told me it was new. When I complained the next day they refused to give me a refund. It all worked out in the end, I got my money back but it was a hassle.
