first of all, you goddamn complainers, these weight loss clinics are designed for speed addicts. this phenteramine, they push so easily is one step shy of methamphetamine. ppl talk smack about that poison "bath salt" but phentaramine produces damn near the same affect in higher doses. Also, stop complaining about their other services, you are essentially going to a legal speed dealer for cosmetic surgery. Botox? Really? You wouldnt go to a drug dealer in search of a manicure would you? In essence, you are going to a meth dealer, paying twice the cash to a "doctor" who only cares if you are fit enough to buy speed from his company. and the "physical" is only in place to guard him from a lawsuit if you happen to crash face first in the parking lot before you consume his addictive pills. wake up. ALL of these "weight loss clinics" are drug pushers. This info is from an ex "patient" of said weight loss clinic, and several others since...If you wanna lose weight, exercise, lots of water, and eat healthy. Botox is for losers. Of course im stupid cuz im addict so what do i know. But in that case, whats your excuse for being stupid???

this whole place is a joke. this place is horrible. they over charge for everything and their customer service is terrible. they just herd you in like cattle and try to get you in and out as soon as possible. and the physician assistant i saw was very unprofessional watching some sort of video on the computer rather than paying attention to anything else, he also inappropriately touched me. i understand when they listen to your chest that they do have to touch you but this was definitely my breast and not my rib cage and that made me feel extremely uncomfortable. not to mention the girl that gave me an injection gave me a huge knot and a bruise and everytime i sit down it still feels like a needle in me. i also made an appointment for Botox and i dont know if it was fake like the other reviews are saying or if the lady that was doing it was untrained but it didnt work it just made me droopy looking, and i have had botox before in atlanta and the results were fabulous and when i moved here i thought i would do my weight loss and botox at the same place. i was so wrong!!!! both services are horrible!!!! dont ever go there!!! they are inconsiderate and unprofessional not to mention that the owner is crazy!!!!!

Products are Sub Standard. I had Botox Injections and paid almost $400. First my appt was canceled and rescheduled. Then the nurse who injected into my forhead did it under the skin. It never reached the muscle. Not only did it not stop then muscle movement but it made both of my eyes droop. My physician said that there is never a Doctor on site. He only shows up to sign off on the people that have been seen by LPN's or a PA. DONT GO THERE!!!!!

Always Kind & Helpful. Its seems every time I have ever come across reviews on things its usually people complaining about it.

I went to New Image because I was unhappy with myself after I had my son. I was exercising and eating right. I even cut out all liquids other than water and nothing was working. I lived right up the road from New Image and had passed it dozens of times a day. I made up my mind and went in on a thursday. I was immediately greeted with a smile. And from then on every time I walked in the girls greeted me with a smile and worked towards making me feel welcome. I started at 157 with a BMI of 29 when I went in and opted for the phentermine pills. With in three months I was down to 130 and a BMI of 25. I was thrilled.

I came in weekly for my B12 shots. I felt very comfortable in the abilities of the staff giving me the shot. I would recommend this location in a heart beat. In fact I have refereed several of my friends and coworkers there. Even a few acquaintances. This is a wonderful place and I will definitely be going back.

Their fake Botox is DEADLY!!!! This is no more than a black market for professional services.. How is this even legal? My friend had "Botox" done. It wasnt Botox at all. It is something they order from a Mexican pharmacy. Which has no regulations at all. Even you can order it. I dont even believe they had a one day training class. My friends eyes and forehead were temporarily paralyzed for months. Everything went back to normal except one of her eyes. Which looks like it droops down.

DO NOT EVER EVER put yourself at risk here. Think about what htey are putting in your face. Coming from Mexico with no regulations. Geessshhhh!!!!!!!! It is sad that people will do this for a dollar.

Weight Loss Drama. I too know 1st hand that this establishment is not honest & does things that are not legit.I would not EVER recommend them.The owner is very rude & from previous comments from other clients it sounds like she is still as crazy as ever.Word of mouth is the best reference you can recieve from anyone.And this business does not have a very reputable reputation.

They have given me hope. I've been overweight my entire life, even with healthy diet and excercize from the time I was small, I've never been able to lose. I had about given up hope of ever feeling good about myself, and being able to maintain a healthy weight. But then my cousin began going to A New Image in Roan Mountain, and her results were AMAZING. She went from a size 22 to a size 8 in just over a year, and besides losing the weight, she became much healthier and happier.

My mum and I decided to try it out, thinking that even if we didn't lose very much, a little was better than nothing. This is our 4th week on the program of Phentermine and Lipovite/B-12 shots, and BOTH of us are feeling much better already. At last week's weigh-in, I had had lost 18 lbs. and my mum had lost 16 lbs. since we started. That is a very good feeling.

'm definitely recommending this place to my friends that are like me, and have been unable to lose weight through 'normal' means.

The staff are very friendly and competent, they do everything in their power to help you with both your weight loss and your self-image. Some of them may become actual friends ( I have a standing girl's-night-out date with one of the P.A.'s for when I've reached my goal weight and she's had her baby), and they are always willing to listen to your concerns and questions. The clinic itself is very careful to protect your privacy. The weigh-in scale is in the open, but the P.A. seeing you is always careful to shield both you and your weight from public view, even going so far as to hold open the sides of their labcoats for the shyer patients, so NO ONE can see.

Since the clinic in Roan Mountain is located behind and under the Post Office, parking can be an issue on some evenings, and sometimes finding a place to stand/sit in the waiting room can be a chore on Thursdays. The first exam is also a bit pricey, for someone on a low income, but after that it is fine.

TRY IT FOR YOURSELF. I'm sorry, but after reading bogus botox it made me laugh. Anyone who knows how an office that operates under a physician and the physician's license is so carefully watched by Board of Medicine and DEA, would know better than to make a comment like that. I have heard good things about this office from co-workers. The only reason I am even on this sight was to see what other people thought. Again, drama or other medical spa's are feelin' pressure to perform, and chose to manipulate public perseption inorder to boost their sales. Please if you want to know how an office or establishment performs, then you will have to try it for yourself. I intend to do so this coming friday. If you feel like something isn't legit, then ask for proof. They can show you what they use and present training info. USE COMMON SENSE.

Generic Botox. I recently called New Image after seeing their ad for Botox and the "dermal filler" they had advertised as well. When I asked if I would be receiving the actual brand "Botox" (which is trade marked by the company Allergan Pharmaceuticals) I was told no it would not be "Botox" but that it was just like Botox. After further questioning, the representative informed me that New Image purchases their "injectables" from a pharmacy in Mexico. Furthermore, I was also informed that the staff member which performs the treatments has basically gone to a one day training class and does not hold a medical or nursing degree or any other board related certification. In my opinion as a registered nurse, this can't be safe and I would encourage potential clients to be weary of operations such as this one.

Very relaxing experience. I recently had a hair Appointment @ A New Image with My regular stylist who moved from Another Salon & Explained my self Confidence problems to her & She Suggested I speak to a counselor there at the Clinic. The lady I talked to was Very Professional, She assured me that she could help me with My Weight Issues. My First Appointment the Lady Explained the entire program to me,She was very encouraging& I also Had an Exam by A Physician Assistant .After Just 4 Months I'm within 10 lbs of my goal weight & recently Purchased the Glo Minerals products after I had A Free Makeover. I am very Satisfied with the Staff & Service I have recieved. I recommend these sevices for anyone who needs a little "Boost" in their self Confidence,
