WORST FLOWER BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!!!. I ordered a floral arrangement from this place and was assured that when they called to make sure the receipiant was home that they(Brown's Florist) would not disclose who they were so it wouldn't ruin the surprise. Well they told the receipiant who they were and what company they were with. They also delivered the wrong color flowers and were almost 3 hours late getting them there. I called the next day and spoke with who claimed to be the owner and explained the situation. She would not admit that she had disclosed who she was and what company she represented and said that she was not 3 hours late and that the flowers were the correct color. When I told her I didnt appreciate her calling me and the receipiant of the flowers liars she hung up on me. I called back about 10 minutes later and told her that I would be filing a report with the Better Business Bureau and she stated "You have a problem with a problem" I said "excuse me? that doesn't even make sense" she repeated herself then hung up on me for the second time. I think she may have been on drugs. Go ANYWHERE else for your flowers. You can't possibly have a worse experience!
