drive it off the lot & don't expect any help if there's a problem!. We bought a used truck, only 5 years old, and we noticed the brakes would squeak when we test drove. My husband asked about it, and our salesman told us they would fix that, "oh yeah, we'll take care of," said the salesman. He said we'll put new pads on it, and that should take care of it. So, they said they put new pads on, who knows if they did, and we bought the truck. It seemed fine for about 2 weeks, then the squeaking started again! My husband calls to Phil Bachman Toyota and tells them about it, and they said bring the truck out to the service department and we'll fix it. So he takes it out there and they do something to it, who knows what they did if anything, and said they fixed it. Took the truck home and for about 3 days it did fine, and then the squeaking starts again!! This time I, myself took the truck to Phil Bachman Toyota, and they told me it was fine and didn't know why it still squeaking, and told me they would replace the brakes, but I would have to pay for it. I raised cain and fussed with them, told them this was not right, but they still wouldn't help me at all! So, I wanted to let as many people who might read this know about how BAD PHIL BACHMAN TOYOTA IS!!!! THEY ADVERTISE THAT THEY ARE SO GOOD, AND THEY HAVE GOOD SERVICE, WELL THEY DON'T! ALL THEY DO IS LIE.
