not so great.
In the past I have all ways used Enterprise, this was the last time I will ever use them. I have debit card and never had a problem using them, all they did was was add $150. as a deposit, no bid deal. I have been waiting 5 hours now for my car that I booked on line over a week ago, I had to deal with rude customer service, and that fact that they did not try and help out in any way. first a car was not ready at 7.30 then the car broke down, and was told they did not know when a car would be ready. Not one offer of upgrading us, or if they could call around to other dealers NOTHING! so here we sit with no car and so many things to do.
I understand things go wrong, but at least be nice about it and seem like you are trying to do your best to help. You shouldnt be in customer service if you are going ot turn it around on the customer and make it their fault? I will not rent from them again.
