yuck!. I go in to get a simple burger and fries. I got my food and went to be seated. The drinks were wrong. I ordered coke but got dr. pepper. Simple mistake. So I went to the front, got them to change it. I went back to my seat and began putting ketchup on my fries. The fries were fine but when I opened my burger, the pickles had fuzz on them. I figured they were mouldy. I went back to the front, told them about the situation, and the man that took the previous persons money, took my burger, opened it, took the pickles off, and put the bun back on the top. He said "there you go". I told him I wanted my money back and he said he couldn't do that. So I said I wanted another burger without pickles. He said that that was what he gave me. I told him no, I wanted one without pickles, made new, and made with clean hands. He told the people in the back and a new sandwich came out. I got to the table, opened it up, and it was a chicken sandwich. I took it back up there and told him I wanted to see a manager. I finally got my money back. I will never go back there again. Do they not teach the employees to wash their hands? Do they not teach the employees about customer service? I just wanted a clean burger, fries, and a drink.
