Bizarre "Policies"; Greed-Obsessed Owner. Inconsistent policies applied at whim of owner...long-time customers (10 years or more) can suddenly be turned upon due to owner's paranoid fear that he might be "losing" money (???) because someone might get more in trade credit than the customer originally paid for the book/DVD/CD. This has happened at different times to different customers...avoid the owner & manager if possible, and you'll probably be okay. Most horrid shopping experience ever...good luck if you decide to patronize this most unprofessional "business" that would be better suited to a street market.

My Getaway. When I need some "me" time, I go to Mr. K's. I can spend hours in this store surrounded by one of my personal passions, books and reading. There is a relaxed atmosphere, comfortable setting, and some of the most helpful staff I have ever encountered. I look forward to my shopping visits here. My only suggestion, would be that it would be nice to have a bit more space where you could sit and read, and maybe enjoy a cup of coffee. Then I could spend the entire day there.
