Dinner-Late Night Burger Heaven. Jeff has been running Mid-City Grill like a champ for many years now and he doesn't look tired yet. We eat there about once a week minimum and they don't mind the late late night hours! A must eat restaurant that serves much more than burgers and homemade cheescake desserts.

the best owner, the best burger. I eat at this place all the time. its a small "hole in the wall" of a place in the heart of downtown. they have the best burger (the big daddy) in Johnson City. the owner made/makes all the recepies for everything on the menu. If he isnt cooking, he is walking around, talking to the people, making sure their food is great, and it always is. the resturaunt has great, unique food including a whole veggian menu, along with breakfast whenever you want it. the hours are amazing. they are open for lunch, then they close until 12am staying open til 4am or 5am. the service is normaly college aged kids just makin a buck. its a very casual resturant, self seating, plenty of late nighters full of character. my favorite place to eat by far.
