The Best!. I have been tanning with you guys for several years now and I love it! You have the best prices and by far the hottest bulbs all the time!!
Excellent quality & Service!. I have been tanning here for over 2 years and I absolutely love it, I have tried other new places recently and was just not happy with the cleanliness and level of professionalism. Everyone at all of your salons always make me feel welcome and do not try to pressure me into anything every time I walk thru the door. The membership prices are so cheap too! Kudos!!
Membership Fraud. Tan 2000 is a good place until you try to cancel your membership. I cancelled my membership in March when I was done, but I got a bill for April so I paid for April and sent another cancellation letter. I did not hear another word from them until August when they said I owed $200. I called their billing phone number numerous times all times of the day and the phone would just ring and ring; I would call the store and they said I had to handle it with the billing company, even though they did not answer. I then sent another cancellation letter and stated I did not owe the money (the post office man said he had received lots of delivery verification letters to Tan 2000 from mad people). They sent a letter back saying that they received my cancellation letter (the 3rd one), but I still owed the money. I refuse to pay what I don
LOVE this place!. I disagree.. I purchased a membership, which was only $19 a month for unlimited!! I cancelled it very easily with no issue whatsoever.. Then purchased a new one when I moved back for school again this semester! Highly recommended! They always have Super Hot bulbs and very friendly staff!!
DO NOT GET A MEMBERSHIP!!.
I do not recommend signing up for a membership unless you never want to end that membership.
This company makes it very difficult to cancel. It is ridiculous! I was aware that I had to cancel in writing, so I typed up a letter and mailed it. Then I find out that regular mail isn't good enough and it has to be certified. I can't hand-deliver the letter either per the company's policy. On top of that, once they receive the letter, they can't cancel my membership that day - I still have to pay for the entire month. This is such a gimmick.
