(November-2010) While visiting the area from NY(as I frequently do), I recently purchased a vehicle from TriCities Nissan in Johnson City, Tenn, ... The staff/representatives were very professional, courteous and accomodating; very fair & reasonable sales too! I highly recommend TriCities Nissan in Johnson City, TN, to all auto-seekers and have encouraged area friends/relatives/acquaintances to consider TriCities Nissan Dealership first & foremost when considering a vehicle purchase. (June-2012) I have since purchased a 2nd vehicle from TricCities Nissan (Johnson City, TN) recently; traveling all the way down from NY. As with my previous 1st vehicle purchase from TriCities Nissan a little over a year and a half ago, I must express that the TriCities Nissan staff/representatives were very knowledgeable, attentive, courteous and professional. I HIGHLY recommend TriCities Nissan to anyone seeking to buy either a new or pre-owned vehicle. Very fair & reasonable throughout the purchase transaction... taking the time to answer any & all vehicle questions... the staff goes the extra mile(s) to satisfy the customer's requests and needs. Dishonest, pushy service manager. I'll never go back.. I brought my Nissan Altima in for a routine oil change, and was checked in by the service manager, Dave Harvey. Without so much as opening the hood, I was pressured with literally over $1000 worth of services, such as fluid flushes and exchanges and fuel system service. The oil change was completed quickly but I was again pressured to perform several "fluid exchanges." Upon saying "no thanks" to the services, I was treated shabbily by the rude service manager. Concerned, I ended up taking my car to an independent shop for a second opinion, where I was told that all the car actually needed was the air filter and a transmission flush. I had the work done and it was $220 as opposed to the $1100 worth of brake, fuel, antifreeze and transmission flushes that tri cities tried to force on me. Beware!

Don't buy here !. Bought a car here 2 weeks ago the add said 0 percent interest and no payments until march that was the first lie.It took over 3 hours back and forth to get a deal then found out the interest rate was not good.Bought a 2012 and had to have it in the shop 3 days later and the salesman would not call back.We are going to finace the car somewhere else so I called finance today and the lady said they couldn't get anyone to answer the phone in finance.Salesman was a nice guy but besides that this is a nightmare trying to buy a car and getting a fair deal would not recomend to anyone !

Good salesmen No Pressure selling. Bought a truck last month and had a great time doing it! No pressure selling and salesman knew the products very well. I would recommend this dealership to all my friends and family!
